Veterinary Assistant
Karla Ruiz-Gutierrez completed the veterinary assistant program at Pima Medical Institute. She has both shelter and small animal hospital experience. Born and raised in a small farm town in Wisconsin, she had a pet bull named Ribeye who she raised until he was 5 years old. Karla is passionate about providing exceptional animal care and enjoys providing a safe and stress-free environment for our furry companions.
Karla is interested in becoming a wildlife veterinarian. In her free time, she enjoys painting using various media for personal expression. She believes in caring for all our patients as if they were her own.
